1. Warranty Period
We offer a one (1) year limited warranty on our products from the date of purchase.

2. Returns Within One Year (1st Year)

  • If a product defect occurs due to our quality issues within the warranty period, we will accept a return.

  • Our Responsibilities: We will cover the return shipping costs and any import duties/customs taxes incurred for the return process.

  • Resolution Options: You may choose either a replacement of the product or store credit for use on future orders.

3. Repairs Between One to Two Years (1-2 Years)

  • For issues arising after the first year but within two years of purchase, we can assist with product repair services.

  • Customer Responsibilities: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and associated import duties/customs taxes to send the product to our service center.

4. Beyond Two Years
Returns or warranty repairs are not accepted for products purchased more than two years ago.

5. Non-Returnable Items
OEM products and custom-made/bespoke products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
